Eligibility
- Regular/permanent Assam Govt. staff with 1+ year of service
- Contractual staff (NHM, SSA, APGCL, APDCL, AEGCL) engaged up to age 60.
- Must be at least 21 years old with 5+ years of residual service.
Limit
Upto Rs 30.00 Lakh (without Mortgage)
Margin
- Upto Rs 20 Lakh: 10%
- Above Rs 20.00 Lakh: 20%

OMNIBUS guarantee of Govt of Assam
Repayment
Upto 240 months or 60 years of the applicant.

@ MCLR (At Present : 8.75%)
